Immersive Offerings
For Individuals & Families
“Sometimes what we are navigating in life benefits from more than a single session. An immersive offers dedicated time and space to slow down, step out of the demands of everyday life, and attend more fully to what is asking for our attention.”
— Barbara Collier
Upcoming Immersive Opportunities
At each of these current locations, I offer a limited number of different immersive opportunities. Each immersion is shaped around you, allowing space to listen to what your body, nervous system, and life are asking for.
July 20th – 21st
Queretaro, Mexico
Queretaro offers a beautiful setting for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. Rich in history, culture, and natural beauty, it provides a welcoming environment for stepping out of daily life and into a more spacious way of being. Individual immersions will be available July 21–22. Sessions may include time with horses, table-based somatic work, conversation, movement, touch when welcomed and appropriate, and time in nature. It’s a private location – for more information and availability, reach out directly.
August 21st – 28th
Casa Maya Retreat Centre, Triban, Croatia
This August, I will be offering a limited number of individual and family immersives at Casa Maya. Set in a small Croatian village in Istria, near the sea, Casa Maya offers space to step away from the pace of everyday life and into a slower rhythm of connection, reflection, nature, shared meals, and rest. The slower pace of village life, the surrounding landscape, and time in nature become part of the experience, offering space to reconnect with yourself and explore what is asking for your attention.
To Be Announced Soon
Equinimity, Tucson, Arizona
Tucson, Arizona is home to Equinimity and Head, Heart, Hands Journey, nestled in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Surrounded by expansive desert landscapes, mountain ranges, and quiet canyons, it offers a place where nature invites us to slow down, listen, and reconnect. Depending on the season and your interests, your immersive experience may include time with horses, table-based somatic work, movement, conversation, and visits to some of Southern Arizona's beautiful desert trails and natural spaces.

About Immersive Offerings
An immersive offers something that is often difficult to find in everyday life: enough time. Time to slow down. Time to notice. Time to reconnect with yourself.
I don't begin by asking what's wrong. I begin by getting to know you. Together, we explore what helps you feel more connected, what gets in the way, and what becomes possible when there is enough time, attention, curiosity, and support.
Every immersive is different because every person is different. Rather than following a fixed agenda, our time together unfolds in response to your questions, your intentions, and what is present in the moment.
Depending on your interests and intentions, we may spend our time in conversation, exploring movement, resting, walking in nature, sharing a meal, working with therapeutic touch, or simply sitting quietly together. These are not separate techniques to me. They are different ways of listening.
Touch, when welcomed and appropriate, is one of the unique languages of my work. Offered through consent, collaboration, and attunement, it can help people experience themselves in new ways that are sometimes difficult to reach through words alone. It is never something done to you. It is something we explore together.
There is nothing you need to force or figure out. We simply begin where you are. Together, we create the conditions for new experiences, greater connection, and a deeper sense of coming home to yourself.
